Diamondback Opinion Columnist Application Now Live

The Diamondback is hiring opinion columnists to start in the Spring 2022 semester! Any current UMD student is welcome to apply. Columnists write once a week on a topic of their choice and are paid a biweekly stipend of $20. No prerequisite is necessary to write columns; the Opinion Desk is looking for good writers from all backgrounds, whether it be a diversity of major, interest, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender, socioeconomic status, or otherwise.
