UMD AMSA: Medical Spanish
UMD AMSA is hosting Dr. Sandra Quezada, Course Director of Medical Spanish at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, and experienced medical students in a discussion about the clinical implications of Spanish-language accessibility and understanding cultural nuances. This discussion will be followed by a formal Q&A about our guest speakers’ experiences in the field, and we will finish off with a chance to work with experienced medical students in practicing key Medical Spanish terminology based on your Spanish-language proficiency level! Please register at: http://ter.ps/medspanish by April 1st, 11:59 PM to be placed in your preferred proficiency level. This event will take place on Zoom: http://www.ter.ps/amsaspring21
