We will discuss topics ranging from the use of popular vocabulary and code-switching to The Crown Act of 2020 (the bill outlawing racial hair discrimination), and everything in between. Learn how you can stand out while still fitting in and what differences - positive and otherwise - it could make in your day to day workplace experience.

A provocative and unique conversation with three panelists sharing the experiences and challenges they encounter as Black Neurodiverse Women on campus and in the workplace.
Learn from their stories of: diagnosis challenges faced success!
Our panelists will share their experience in hopes of hearing from you: share your truth, ask questions, raise awareness. The program is open to all students, staff, and faculty.

As you prepare to enter the professional workforce, you will likely encounter situations unique to Black professionals. Join us for a virtual discussion with Black professionals from various industries
- Black professionals will discuss how their organizations responded to recent social unrest and the Black Lives Matter movement as well as efforts their organizations are making toward inclusion and anti-racism
- Our guests will provide insight on experiences and challenges that are unique to being Black in the workplace,
- We’ll discuss how to determine which organizations have an inclusive company culture
