One Tenth Health is a club at UMD looking to recruit new volunteers for this semester! Below, we have attached a blurb about One Tent Health as well as a recruitment flyer with more information.
We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to giving free HIV screening tests in DC's most underserved areas. Volunteers will be trained both online and in person for both post and pre-screening counseling in addition to hands-on HIV screening. Volunteer opportunities will be in person in DC, so volunteers will be provided with discounted transportation fees when using ViaRides. Anyone interested should email UMD@onetenthealth.org.
